Market Rasen Methodist Church Hall is easily accessible and within very easy walking distance of most of the local car parks. The hall is well maintained, full of history and character and a lovely place to hold a Tai Chi class. The address is Chapel Street Market Rasen, postcode LN8 3AG. It's right next to the train station and is the huge church with pillars. The hall is to the left of the church as you face it from the road and the entrance is through the garden at the side.

This class is suitable for everyone whatever your level of fitness and wellness. Beginners and new people are always made very welcome.

The first class is a mix of simple Qigong exercises which you will be able to remember and take home from the very first session and the Rushing Water Yang style 24 step Tai Chi form which you will learn slowly over the weeks and months.

The second Qigong Flow class is perfect for beginners and for those who prefer the simpler movements of Qigong. This class is all Qigong exercises, consisting of gentle flows for health and wellbeing. Good for those already attending a Tai Chi class as it is a perfect balance to the Tai Chi class and will improve your ability, knowledge and understanding of the basics.

For those who would prefer an evening class, there is a Tai Chi Beginners class every Thursday evening at 7.00pm. Everyone is very welcome, whatever your age or fitness level. You will learn the Rushing Water Yang style 24 step form, combined with Qigong for all round health.

Gentle, meditative flowing exercise improves your physical and mental health. So do take this opportunity to experience the wonderful health and wellbeing benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong for yourself.

Please wear comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes such as trainers or any flat comfy shoes.
